Description

The IEC digital "Wave-Lab" is a special dual wave Signal Generator for the study of wave theory.

The microprocessor generates 2x sets of very accurate and absolutely stable frequencies up to 40kHz that can be added to one another, exactly shifted in phase relative to one another or modulated by one another.

Waveforms can be selected as sine, triangular or sawtooth and high power amplifiers permit the driving of large speakers or headphones for private listening.

An oscilloscope can be used to view the waveforms and effects. Harmonics, beat frequencies and other phenomena can also be studied.

Output power is digitally controlled and a keyboard system allows any frequency to be entered.

External signals can be applied and a microphone and headphones are included in the kit.

A pair of suitable wide range speakers is available (see 2065-001).
