Spectrum discharge tube IEC - Helium
Description
Spectrum Discharge Tube (or Geissler Tube), capillary type, Helium Gas.
Helium discharge is light orange colour.
The tube is 15mm diameter with a thinner section (typ: 50x5mm LxD) half way along the length. Overall length of discharge tube is approx. 20cm.
The gas discharge is dull, but the thin area is where the gas glows brightest.
The discharge tube mounts directly to the top surface of the IEC Spectrum Tube EHV Power Supply HL3785-001.
