Shipping Information

Sciernce Supply Australia ships goods with various couriers to handle our deliveries. The freight charge is passed onto our consumers. Packaging & Handling costs in Metro areas vary from $20+gst per order. Country areas vary from $25+gst per order. Bulk orders incur addional fees. No extra charges apply for backorders.
As from November 2012 all orders containing dangerous goods will incur a surcharge of $20+gst per order.  Wherever possible we minimise the number and size of cartons shipped for each order. Regulations for the transport of Dangerous Goods (DG) requires that certain DG classes MUST be packed separately and shipped on different trucks. As an example, an order for a Class 4,5 & 6 will require a minimum of 3 cartons and will be delivered at different times due to them having to be shipped separately.

International Orders

We currently only ship in Australia. 

Pick up

If you nominate to collect from our warehouse please indicate this when you place your order. Our warehouse is in Mitcham Victoria and we are open from 9.30-4pm for pick ups.  Goods need to be paid for before pick up.  You must contact us before you come in to ensure we have your goods in stock.

Delivery times

Delivery time generally ranges from 2-5 days for most orders. If you require your item sooner, please mark it ‘urgent’ or contact us and we will endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible. We will contact you if there is going to be a significant time delay.  Please advise if deliveries are possible during school holidays.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt .We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card in Australian dollars. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer. A Goods Return Number (GRN) must be otbained from Science Supply Australia prior to your return. Please note restocking fees may apply

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.
