Description

This is a new kit from IEC and is a "trimmed down" version of the 1973-001 Induction Kit.

The kit consists of a 'U' and 'I' core as well as 4 coils (300T, 600T, 1000T and 1200T) for the study of induction and transformers. It is designed to operate at a safe 12V AC.

Iron bars are included to study losses in iron, eddy currents, DC and AC magnets and more. A pair of strong Alnico bar magnets are also included in the kit.
