How do I save my order and place it at a later stage?
This feature can come in handy in a few different ways. If you get called away from your computer in the middle of an order you can "save" your order so that you don't lose the work you have already done. Alternatively you may set up a template of items you order regularly to eliminate the time spent on reselecting your products. To save your order you simply fill up your cart with the products you want, then from the "My Cart" screen, Click the button "Save Order". You will then be prompted to enter a reference for your order, Enter anything you like here, such as "monthly sulphuric acid order".
Subsequently under "My Orders" you will locate any saved orders you have been working on. You can now load this order at any time and keep working with it.
How do I find if my order was submitted online?
Make sure to login under the user which placed the order and click on "My Orders". You will see a list of orders under "Orders placed online", if your order is not listed there it would seem that it wasn't placed online. If you had chosen "Fax" during the Check Out procedure your order will not appear online the website only generates a fax form with your order for your convenience.
However if you do believe you had placed the order online and it's not listed, please contact
or 1300 857 544
How can I recover my password?
If you have forgotten your password you can easily retrieve it by clicking on the "Login" option. Under the Password text box you will find a link labelled "Forgotten your password?" Click it and follow its instructions.
